Methodology versioning ensures historical scores remain reproducible under the framework version active at time of computation.

Re-scoring on version transition
When a new framework version becomes active, existing provider scores are not automatically re-scored. Scores are updated at the next scheduled rescore event under the new version. Historical scores remain reproducible under their original framework version.
